Challenge yourself. No matter what your fitness level. A TorqueChallenge class simply means you're ready to push yourself a little harder or longer. What constitutes a challenge? Any class longer than 45 minutes, or a class with a few more advanced/fluid moves. As soon as you're mentally ready for a challenge, you're ready for a challenge class. You don't have to be the fastest person in the room with the resistance at its highest to finish strong, you only have to be ready to push yourself to your very own limits. Let go, feel the beat and roll out; encounter headwinds, rolling hills, steep mountain passes...then level off and descend furiously. The dynamic and eclectic music mixes will bring out your inner road warrior.

Forty-five minutes of putting your all into your own high-intensity ride. The interval drills are the forefront of this class, with music in the background to keep you moving. This ride will help you strengthen your cardiovascular system and burn massive calories -- no matter your fitness level because in this class you work toward YOUR BEST PERFORMANCE.

Our most popular and signature ride, it's high intensity and low impact. On this strength-building, heart-pounding, and mind-clearing ride, your expert instructor will have you roll out on your flat road, get you climbing out of your saddle, then rev-up the RPMs for some serious sprints! This ride is perfect for any level of cyclist -- a beginner, weekend warrior, or accomplished pro.
Park in the rear of the building near dock 12. Look for the Bodies by Burgoon sign (next door to Tattersall Distillery) and walk between the two suites. Our door will be on the side of the suite on the right side, marked with a sign.
