(1 hour - Beginner)

Our introductory class team-taught by two instructors to give you the extra attention you need. Designed to improve your ride whether it's your first class or you just want to get back to the basics. We take our time and expertly fit you to your bike, show you how to clip in and out, explain the concept of "riding to the beat,"as well as proper form and resistance. Designed for new riders, those who have taken just a few classes, or anyone seeking personal instruction on basic riding fundamentals.

(1 hour - Advanced)

Challenge yourself with a simulated outdoor riding experience. Let go, feel the beat and roll out; encounter headwinds, rolling hills, steep mountain passes. then level off and descend furiously. Grind it out like pro riders do at the Tour de France, Giro d'italia, and the Spanish Vuelta. Add a dynamic, eclectic mix of music, and it’s the perfect storm for the Road Warrior within you!

(45 Min - Intermediate to Advanced)

Tabata is a system of short, high-intensity intervals developed by Japanese professor Dr. Izumi Tabata to train Olympic speed skaters. It's a series of four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of six to eight rounds. Mix in a few steep climbs followed by fast descents and you have the perfect formula for a workout that is fast-paced, fun and the ultimate way to burn fat and calories.

(45 Min - All Levels)

Our most popular and signature ride, it's high intensity and low impact. On this thigh blasting, heart pounding, and mind opening ride, your expert instructor will have you roll out on your flat road, get you climbing out of your saddle, then rev-up the RPM's for some serious sprints! This ride is perfect for any fitness devotee. Whether you are a weekend warrior or an accomplished pro!

Finding our location

Park in the rear of the building near dock 12. Look for the Bodies by Burgoon sign (next door to Tattersall Distillery) and walk between the two suites. Our door will be on the side of the suite on the right side, marked with a sign.
